Urban Leaf Company is a licensed medical cannabis dispensary in Choctaw, Oklahoma. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to the information you give us through this website. If anything here is unclear, call us on (405) 347-9100 and we'll explain it.
The short version
- We only collect what you actually hand us — we don't buy or scrape information about you.
- We never sell your information. Not to anyone, for any price.
- We only text you if you asked us to, and you can stop it at any time.
- Your details are stored in a secure, access-controlled database.
- You can ask us to delete your information whenever you like.
What we collect, and when
When you place an order for pickup
Your name, email, phone number, and the details Oklahoma law requires us to check at pickup — your OMMA patient card number and date of birth. We also keep what you ordered, so we have a record of the sale and you can see your own order history.
When you create an account
Your email address and a password. Passwords are stored scrambled using one-way encryption, which means nobody — including our own staff — can read yours. If you forget it, we can only help you set a new one; we can never tell you the old one.
When you join the text club
Your name and mobile number, plus a record of you agreeing to receive texts — the date, the time, and the exact wording you agreed to. We keep that record because the law expects us to be able to show that you opted in.
When you message us
Whatever you put in the contact form: your name, email, optional phone number, and your message. We use it to reply to you.
Automatically
Standard technical information that every website receives — the general location your connection comes from and basic details about your browser. We use it to keep the site working and to block automated abuse of our forms. We do not use it to build a profile of you, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Text messages
We only send marketing texts to people who asked for them. When you sign up you'll get a message asking you to confirm, and you won't receive anything further unless you reply.
Reply STOP to any message to be removed, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.
We use a specialist messaging provider to send these. They act on our instructions, they're bound by contract to protect your information, and they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Who else sees your information
We share your details only where it's genuinely necessary:
- Service providers who run parts of this site for us — for example the company that sends our emails and the company that sends our texts. They're contractually bound to protect your information and may only use it to provide that service to us.
- Regulators, where the law requires it — we're a licensed cannabis business and are subject to Oklahoma's record-keeping rules.
We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We don't rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers.
How it's kept safe
Your information is held in a secure database that is not open to the public. Access is restricted to authorised staff accounts, everything you send travels over an encrypted connection, and passwords are stored in a form that cannot be reversed.
No system anywhere is perfectly secure, and we won't pretend otherwise — but we keep what we need, no more, and we protect it properly.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as Oklahoma's rules for licensed dispensaries require. Account details are kept while your account is open. Text club details are kept until you opt out, after which we keep a minimal record that you opted out — so we don't accidentally text you again.
Your choices
- Stop the texts — reply STOP to any message.
- See what we hold — ask us and we'll tell you.
- Correct it — update your details from your account, or ask us.
- Delete it — ask us and we'll remove what we're not legally required to keep.

Children
This is a medical cannabis dispensary. The site is intended for Oklahoma medical marijuana patients aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information we'll update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes to the text club will be told to you directly.
